Privacy
The Italian law n.196 of 30 June 2003 has introduced a new legislation regarding privacy protection of personal data (from here on referred to as “Law”).
In particular, it requires that the person submitting personal information (from hereon: the “Submitter”) be informed regarding the use that will be made of the data, and that the processing/treatment of said data is subject to specific approval from the Submitter.
In accordance to the Law, Arredamenti Zardoni s.a.s. located in via Strada Statale 341 , Robecchetto con induno (Milan) presents the abovementioned details on treatment of personal information and ask your approval before collecting the information you have submitted in the above form:
1.Finalities and use of information
1.1. Submitted personal information is treated for the Company’s normal activities with the following purposes:
a) fulfillment of obligations and regulations that apply;
b) management of user/client relationship;
c) to carry out its economic activity;
d) other purposes connected with the Company’s activities; such as for improving the products and services offered, although not strictly related to the services requested by the Submitter: market research on satisfaction of customer, submitted directly or through specialized agencies, by phone, questionnaires or personal appointments;
1.2. The processing of personal information is done by electronic, automated, technological instruments, or by manual elaborations when strictly correlated to the purposes; and in all cases, guaranteeing confidentiality and security of the information.
1.3. Personal information will not be distributed to others, except with explicit approval of Submitter. Personal information might be transmitted to third parties such as banks, credit card companies, Company subsidiaries and associated companies, for the purpose of fulfilling the relationship with the Submitter, and within the limits of the entrusted tasks;
2. Source of personal information
Personal information processed by the Company is collected exclusively from clients/users and is treated in respect of the Law and with the commitment to protection of privacy.
3. Nature of appointment
The nature of the appointment is mandatory, as it is necessary for the legal and fiscal obligations in case of online sale, and in any other case for fulfilling the purpose of the submission.
4. Rights of the Submitter
The Law allows the Submitter to exercise specific rights (art.7) regarding the personal information she/he submitted:
4.1.the Submitter may verify with the Official appointed by the Company the existence of personal information regarding him/herself, and its communication in an intelligible manner;
4.2. The Submitter may ask about the source of information, the purpose and modalities of processing; about the logic applied to their processing when through electronic means; the identification of the Official appointed by the Company; about other subjects or categories of subjects that might come in contact with said information;
4.3. the Submitter has the right to request updating, correction, integration, disposal, transformation into anonymous information or block of information that has been treated not according to the Law;
4.4.The Submitter has the right to oppose, in all or in part, to the processing of his/her personal information if for a legitimate reason, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection of information, and to its processing for sending advertising or direct sales material, or for the carrying out of market research or commercial communication.
Said rights can be exercised with a request made to the Official responsible for personal information processing in the Company through a letter with proof of receipt c/o Arredamenti Zardoni S.A.S., via Strada Statale 341, Robecchetto con Induno (Milan)
5.Holder and Official of the treatment of personal information
Holder of the treatment is Arredamenti Zardoni S.A.S. , via Strada Statale 341 , Robecchetto con Induno (Milan) in person of its legal representative Zardoni Luigi Andrea.
